JOB SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
To be considered for this position, please complete the following steps:
- Fill out and submit a staff profile form on ATN’s Staff Registration Page which takes 5-7 minutes. You only need to complete the profile once to be considered for this and all future opportunities. In your profile, please include all relevant information, experience, and details you wish to share.
- A staffing manager overseeing the position you’re interested in will review your Staff Profile and details. Please allow 1-3 business days for review.
- An official job invite for the position will be sent via email and the job will appear on your ATN Staff Profile Program Dashboard if you are qualified for the position and there are available openings. Each job opportunity listed on your dashboard will include additional details and next steps.

- You may also log in to your ATN Program Dashboard at any time to check for job openings available to you.
PLEASE check your junk AND spam email folders for emails from “ATN Event Staffing.” Please mark ATN emails as “not junk” and add our email address to your safe sender’s list. We have received multiple reports from staff that our job alert emails are delivered to junk/spam folders.
- If we do not contact you for this particular position, we will notify you via email of future positions in your area that you qualify for and the job will be listed on your program dashboard.
Important notes regarding your application:
- To help qualify your profile for jobs, please list applicable work experiences and skills in the Experiential Marketing/Event Experience and Other Relevant Experience sections of the form.
- A profile photo, similar to those used on LinkedIn, is recommended to represent your professional image. Interviews and bookings are conducted remotely (non-video) and profile photos help match names with faces, serving as an added security measure to confirm identity.
- The Physical Attributes section of the profile is only considered for select brand ambassador, promo model, model and mascot positions.
- The sizing section of the form is for uniform purposes (typically a client-provided, branded t-shirt or polo).
- If selected, your assigned staffing manager will provide job details. Payroll paperwork is initiated upon acceptance of your first booking.
